Use of art in the coaching process

You will have the option to enhance your sessions with creativity such as colourful drawings with the emphasis on the creative process rather than artistic skill. This approach helps in explorations of feelings and enhances mental well-being.  Images can convey complex emotions that words sometimes can't capture and feelings that may be difficult to articulate. Especially the use of spontaneous work enables to draw out unconscious connections which helps in perspective and reflection. This fosters a deeper understanding of oneself and can offer innovative solutions.

Art gives healing and meaning

Katarina uses art to express and process emotions or for carefree play which is so much needed when things get tough or uncertain. Making art can be healing and art is used for therapy to further wellbeing. You can book a coaching session and combine an art experience in your bespoke session plan. Abstract art is particularly useful for expression of feelings, and may concentrate on shapes and colours, no skills are required.
